Founded in 2019 by passionate caterer Shameen Puthalath Moorkkoth, New Malabar Kitchen brings the vibrant flavors of South India and Kerala to the heart of Saigon. Recognizing a gap in the Vietnamese culinary scene, Shameen, who arrived in 2016, embarked on a mission to share the unique and diverse cuisines of his homeland.
